They need to know what the rebate programs are I was shorted $10.00 rebate I was given 20.00 dollar coupon. The rebate was 15.00 on cabin filter and 15.00 on air filter I didn’t need a battery or 3 wipe shorted $10.00 rebate I was given 20.00 dollar coupon. It also took over an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and filters. Usually I am very satisfied but when you the customer have to show them what programs are going on and I showed him but I didn’t get what I should have. I wasn’t going to argue with him I just paid it and left. I also checked before I went for my appointment to see if they were a participant of the promotion.
