In my upper 80ies. Conklin staff always friendly, helpful. Met owner by accident once (dressed in a Halloween Costume) he was down to earth also nice. The sunroof didn't function properly when we purchased our SUV 3 years ago and I finally got around to taking it in. They found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Not up front. Was told that it was a non smoking vehicle and the smell was "cleaning chemicals". After purchase found cigarette butts. Had an air bag light come on shortly after a recall was made aware. Took the vehicle in for recall replacement and they didn't even check the code for the airbag light to see what it was. Would've taken less than 5 minutes. Instead, took the time to try and cover their butts by putting that the "light was already on before service" on the recall ticket. As a customer who purchased a vehicle from them, you'd think they would have decent customer service towards their own customers. I found them to be lazy, untrustworthy, and cares not towards their own customers. More
