Not sure how a place that has been in business this long cannot improve on their communication skills. I feel like if you have a vehicle that is waiting for a part to come in, there should be some updates w cannot improve on their communication skills. I feel like if you have a vehicle that is waiting for a part to come in, there should be some updates weekly at least. I should not have to be the one to call and ask where we are with things. This is the second time in the two years that I have owned my Jeep that it has had the same major issue. Then the part they need to fix it does not have a time of arrival date (which it has already been over a month) that I have waited. I was offered a loaner car for a day but when they realized it would take a while for the part to come in so they had me bring the rental back and I was told it was fine to keep driving my Jeep the way it was…unfixed!! I am very disappointed in Conklin Cars and at this point have to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone who is wanting good service!! More
