This was by far the most positive and pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. From our warm welcome by the lovely ladies at the front door to finalizing the paperwork, we were treated wonderfully. As we were waiting to finalize things, my husband chuckled and said, "They're so nice here I feel like I should offer more money just to buy the car!" Our sale representative was Sam Conklin and he was an absolute delight to work with. To put the icing on the cake, that evening after we got home we received a phone call from the finance person letting us know they had located a better rate for our loan. They sent a person out the next business day to our house (an hour away) to deliver the new paperwork for us to sign. When I called a week later with a question, Sam called me back immediately even though he was at home sick. In a nutshell, we are sold on Conklin and would recommend them to anyone - and have! More
