SALES VISIT - USED

I bought a van out right from Trevette Clapp 2 months ago. Paid almost 50k with a 7 year extended warranty. Within two months something broke in my vehicle. Called them expecting them to fix it and to on ago. Paid almost 50k with a 7 year extended warranty. Within two months something broke in my vehicle. Called them expecting them to fix it and to only be told I would have to pay for it to be fixed to the amount of $800. I was told my warranty wouldn’t take care of the issue. After getting the run around and told different amounts of what I would owe. Trevette then texted me and said it would be covered. Then on the day of pickup I was then told I would need to pay $100 before my car could be dropped off even though Trevette said it would be covered. I had to have my MALE supervisor speak with Josh a supervisor at Conklin to rectify the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CONKLIN AND I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT CONKLIN. This is not how you treat a customer. More
