I have only dealt with the service department, they have been very professional and honest about my needs. They have saved me a ton of money, the previous dealership I was going to tried to tell me about th been very professional and honest about my needs. Conklin saved me close to 3000 dollars overall. They do a fairly good job of getting you in and out for as busy as they are. More
I was under the impression when I purchased my car that Nissan offered three free oil changes. The car has only 2,500 miles on the odometer. My husband brought the car in and spent $81 for an oil change. If I knew the oil changes were not covered, we would not have traveled 3 hours round trip and utilized a provider closer to home. I called the service department and they claimed the free oil changes did not apply to the 2024 models but the 2025 did. I will not utilize Nissan for basic maintenance. Exorbitant prices and distance prevent me to do so on a financial common sense level. More
