I called and canceled my pickup for my oil change. They canceled the oil change and pickkup. Upon inspection they informed me the front tires were low tread and needed replacement. I felt my service guy wasn’t very helpful and didn’t care about the efficiency of my time spent waiting. After 1 1/2 hours waiting I finally went to the service desk and the guy was no where around so a nice about the efficiency of my time spent waiting.
