I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and when my vehicle was inspected they discovered I needed a battery change. However when they called to ask about replacing it, the lady on the phone told me vehicle was inspected they discovered I needed a battery change. However when they called to ask about replacing it, the lady on the phone told me it’s “gonna be $371” I assumed this was with the oil change included since that what I initially made the appt for. However when I went to pick up my vehicle the total was actually $488. They conveniently left out explaining that the $371 was just for the battery. I feel like they intentionally worded things confusing when calling and asking for confirmation about the battery replacement. So I was not happy when I the total was significantly more. A very unpleasant surprise. More

I am disappointed that my husband had to pay $180 yesterday for a Toyota update. It seems that if Toyota is going to require an update, it should be complementary.
