I live 70 miles from the dealership, so that should tell you everything you need to know about the service department if I will travel that far to get my oil changed. If I have other business in town, they always figure out how to get me in the same day, and of course Maddie is a real gem when it comes to providing a courtesy car. On my last visit, I mentioned a problem with how high my power rear liftgate would open. In two minutes, they had the problem solved! All the dealership tech ppl were courteous & knowledgeable as well. They knew their line of vehicles & therefore explained clearly what was needed to be done & exactly why!. I called and canceled my pickup for my oil change. They canceled the oil change and pickkup. Upon inspection they informed me the front tires were low tread and needed replacement. When I arrived at home one of the front tires looked low and it was checked to be 26 lbs not 32 as required. All the tires should have been checked for pressure and filled if needed. They obviously were NOT! More
