The salesman, Cam, has always been very helpful of returning calls when I do call Ian with questions. We have come here for 2 years now for service but after a recent incident in their shop where a tire was damaged beyond repair and then it was on me to pay for a new one. Super disappointing. I went in for a 5000 mile maintenance for my 2025 4runner. Was told that the oil cost is not covered because Toyota recommends it’s at 10,000 miles. They did, however, rotate the tires and top off th 4runner. Was told that the oil cost is not covered because Toyota recommends it’s at 10,000 miles. They did, however, rotate the tires and top off the fluids. I agreed to pay for the oil change out-of-pocket, which is not a problem. However, when I got back in my vehicle, I noted that there was a scuff on my front fender that I removed the paint and the maintenance required light was on in the center console which had been on for a couple of weeks. And then when they rotated the tires, nobody bothered to check the air lm and they were all different air levels. One of them was semi low at 37 pounds. I had elected to stay in the lounge while this was taking place because I had my granddaughter with me and I didn’t wanna have to worry about a car seat. The whole entire process took us 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 1:40 PM on October 20th and we left at 3:45. I took a picture of the scuff but can not attach it. When I saw it, I felt sick. More

New Tundra SR5, passenger mirror cap came off in wash, two different times. Conklin says not a warranty issue??? Brand new Tundra, little over 2 months old & lt has a defective mirror. To replace & install mirror, it will cost me over $666. I just paid $50,000 for a brand new Tundra SR5 with a defective passenger side mirror and now I’m expected to pay for a defective mirror? I recently totaled my Highlander that waited nearly 9 months to get that I had bought from your dealership in Salina, 2 yrs ago. After checking several hours on line looking for another car, I called yo months to get that I had bought from your dealership in Salina, 2 yrs ago. After checking several hours on line looking for another car, I called your Toyota dealership to see what they could do, They found 1 in the color I wanted but told them I didn’t want the running boards. They said they would take them off, they ordered the parts I did want and made it happen. Ronda was great to work with, along with the rest of the staff, to take a very serious incident ( that was not my fault) and helped Cindy and I get into another car quickly. We will be back for our next car and highly recommend Conklin Toyota. More
