Business 101, if a customer needs a loaner while their vehicle is getting serviced the worst thing that could happen is they like it and decide to buy one. Telling a customer no for such a simple request vehicle is getting serviced the worst thing that could happen is they like it and decide to buy one. Telling a customer no for such a simple request because they didn't purchase a car there is asinine. Unfortunately your dealership could not get what I wanted in 2023 at the end of Covid, but you were going to have me for a 20+ year service customer at a minimum and most likely as a customer to purchase a new vehicle in the future. Salina is not a big city and customer service is everything. Potential customers in Salina can go to Wichita, Hutchinson, or Kansas City and your Customer Service will be the predominant thing that sets you apart and gives them a reason to stay local. Unfortunately you will never have me as a customer again for anything based on the poor decisions made by your service department. After speaking with your service rep and your service manager I left extremely frustrated knowing that your business model was obviously flawed and could easily be improved which inevitably would improve your bottom line. What a shame and what an obvious financial loss overtime. More

Alex service manager may need some additional training in customer service. Yesterday’s service was very poor. I was chastised for being late even though I called and spoke to Angie. I did make it within the 15 minute grace period. I was chastised again for not telling him I had free tire rotation. I love my Toyota ! Hope this is helpful but not unkind review. More
