Horrible customer service. I called ahead to see about getting an estimate on a wrecked car that we where unable to drive. They said we have to bring it in for an estimate. I let the lady know I would ren getting an estimate on a wrecked car that we where unable to drive. They said we have to bring it in for an estimate. I let the lady know I would rent a trailer and bring it in. So I rented a trailer, loaded it and brought it in. Mark was certainly rude and would not give me and estimate. He said they are worthless and that my only option was to leave it. So after they told me it has to be there for an estimate, I spent time and money getting it there they refused to give one. More
