Excellent Car Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle, primarily for work commuting and saw a used automobile on their website. We drove nearly an hour My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle, primarily for work commuting and saw a used automobile on their website. We drove nearly an hour to look at it and Kaleb Albarado assisted us. We ended up not buying the used vehicle and purchased a 2019 Chevy Sonic instead. We are very pleased with the car and the overall sales experience was great. No pressure and a super friendly staff. Kaleb did a great job of helping my wife find the right car. Larry Henoch in financing was a great guy to deal with and has a great sense of humor. He made the process fast, painless and without hiccups. Matt Snyder made sure we were well taken care of while the car was being prepped. We would highly recommend Conklin Cars of Salina and wouldn't hesitate to go back. More

05 honda civic Dropped off my 05 Honda Civic for an oil change at 0830 4 December. Was told it would be done at 1030. Courtesy vechicle gave me a ride home. So now Dropped off my 05 Honda Civic for an oil change at 0830 4 December. Was told it would be done at 1030. Courtesy vechicle gave me a ride home. So now the fun part. I had to call 3 times as Tony was at lunch. Finally at 1210 the Toyota advisor told my car was ready and sent a courtesy vehicle to get me. I get home and notice that the receipt was printed at 1000. Why wasn’t I called? My day was on hold until I got my daughters car back. Also notice I was charged for 5 quarts of oil. I checked the owners manual and it states that capacity is 3.2. I checked the oil and the technician has overfilled it! Substandard service!!!! More

In fact, the entire Conklin Cars team (including service department) has been wonderful to work with since our initial purchase 8 years ago. Subpar and ignorant service advisor Had my car serviced for some warranty work and they wouldn't do it under that. I finally gave in and paid it and contacted American Honda afterwards. Had my car serviced for some warranty work and they wouldn't do it under that. I finally gave in and paid it and contacted American Honda afterwards. After 2 weeks, American Honda refunded me what I paid twice the amount for the inconvenience. The reason they denied my warranty work was because I called my car a "Race Car'. The service advisor claimed that my stock 20 inch wheels were aftermarket because of it is "souped up civic". Sounds to me that this dealership needs to spend some time on educating the employees on what cars Honda actually offers. I considered buying a new car from this place again, but this was the final straw. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a new car from this place no matter how good the price is. More

Service Took my car in to get body damage done I call a day before to find out it was ready that morning but nobody call me to let me know also they took out Took my car in to get body damage done I call a day before to find out it was ready that morning but nobody call me to let me know also they took out a chunk of carpet under the drivers seat and want to say it was worn out I just vacuum it like 2 days before it went in there was NO WORN OUT CARPET!!!! Manger was very unprofessional very rude when he knows they where responsible for it I will never do service again or highly recommended them. More
