I felt my service guy wasn’t very helpful and didn’t care about the efficiency of my time spent waiting. After 1 1/2 hours waiting I finally went to the service desk and the guy was no where around so a nice about the efficiency of my time spent waiting. I told her I have been waiting on my car and I was needing to get somewhere as I had plans to meet someone. The other girl across the room said she thought my car was done and has been out front.
