I was told by the Service rep the part for my vehicle was on back order, and he would contact me as soon as it came in? this was on March 18, 2025. After three calls to the dealership with no success, an was on back order, and he would contact me as soon as it came in? this was on March 18, 2025. After three calls to the dealership with no success, and no call back I made contact yesterday April 16, 2025, I had to explain everything again in detail, you would think they had a record? my part is still on back order. I bought four vehicles from this dealership, back to 2013, and it is not the same anymore. My wife is extremely upset, and even the sales rep when we go for service ignores us, and she was so nice previously when buying the vehicle etc...I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, terrible communication.
