My car was perfectly clean when it went in. However, they ran windshield wiper fluid out on the front and rear windows and it ran down and dried on the paint. Lacy was very helpful with getting my car fixed quickly. I am traveling from Texas and called to Conklin to inquire what i needed to do. Lacy got my car in quick, fixed and back on the road. The way service department treated my daughter was shameful. She had appointment but others were taken before her pushing back her completion time. Then they try to scare her saying she had oil leak. shameful. She had appointment but others were taken before her pushing back her completion time. Then they try to scare her saying she had oil leak. She parks on cement at her house and ours and no inkling of a leak. I can’t prove it but just because a female by herself brings in a truck for service does not give you a right to assume you can steamroll her by providing false information in a scare tactic. We have 3 trucks we bring in for service. I’m seriously considering another dealership. We have been great customers for several years. This is quite disappointing how we are being treated now. I also dislike the answering service you have moved to. Used to I could talk to a service rep at the dealership but now there’s someone working for multiple service departments wanting to know if vehicle will be dropped off or waited on. And that determines the appointment time they set. Crazy. Who cares?? If you have a time slot open fill the xxxx thing. I should have known something was up when I call and the automated system says if u are new customer press 1 existing customer press 2. Why? Would I be treated better if I was a new customer??? I hope all this is given to someone who can make improvements. More
