I was able to tell him what I was looking for in a new suv and I leased a Traverse with Matt Snyder today and was extremely pleased with his service. I was able to tell him what I was looking for in a new suv and he was able to show me the exact car I wanted in the same day!! This was easiest and best experience I have had at a dealership. He really listened to what I had to say and talked me through all the details. He was even so kind to help me move my car seat from one car to another. I plan to use Matt for all my car buying/leasing purchases in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of me!! More

Completely UNSATISFACTORY Sales Service! I actually want to give them ZERO stars but Google reviews will not permit it! I read many reviews about car dealerships in Salina and felt as comfor I actually want to give them ZERO stars but Google reviews will not permit it! I read many reviews about car dealerships in Salina and felt as comfortable as possible about the reviews for Conklin Cars and most salespersons. However, after dealing with them today, specifically salesman Kam and Business Manager Larry, I can tell you the reviews here on Google, Yelp and other sites are relatively meaningless and I will never deal with them again or recommend Conklin Salina to anyone. The truth cannot change after the deal and handshake is made. Period. If you go to pay for the car and the paperwork does not support what the salesman told you, the truth has not changed...they knowingly are lying to you. In our case, our salesman Kam looked us (my elderly parents and I) in the eye and shook our hands based upon a set price and understood warranty of a certified used car. Then when confronted about the warranty paperwork on the car just prior to writing a check for full price of the car, Kam complete changed what he told us prior to shaking our hands about the warranty (supposedly based upon the great deal he got us...). If I had not been there my elderly parents would not have thought to ask to see all warranty paperwork prior to paying for the car and would have been completely misled on the warranty for the used car. As a military service member, I find this kind of service completely UNSATISFACTORY and I hope all who read this review take my advice. More
Poor Customer Service I needed a part for my Chevy vehicle. I price compared between my local Conklin Dealer and Abilene's Holm Auto. Holm Auto was cheaper and offered fre I needed a part for my Chevy vehicle. I price compared between my local Conklin Dealer and Abilene's Holm Auto. Holm Auto was cheaper and offered free labor on the item. I called Conklin to see if they would price match and save me a 30 min trip. They said NO!!!!! Because they couldn't recoup the cost! Well sorry I went to Holm Auto in Abilene and was taken care off! Screw Conklin and their piss poor service! I'm driving to Holm next time! More

He has actually made several follow up calls to see if I am satisfied with my purchase, which I am. Very happy with the price I paid and the condition of the vehicle. So far I have not had to have any service performed on it but would hope that if I did quality and service would be just as good. More

Refused to service their own make of vehicle! I drive a Chevrolet. They refused to service it because they do not support that particular model Chevrolet. How is that possible? Not quite on the up and up! We bought a Tundra from Conklin and when we drove from Colorado to pick up our truck, we were told there was only one set of keys for the truck. In addition, we discovered there was a crack in the windshield which was never disclosed during negotiations. We were totally unaware of these issues and after a two day drive to get there, we were hung. After some discussion with Conklin Cars they agreed to supply the missing key set but when we drove to the local Toyota dealer, as we all agreed to in advance, we found nothing was ready and they knew nothing about any keys. We called Conklin and the salesman, Joel Correa, but no one there knew anything and Joel was not answering his cell. BIG WASTE OF TIME - AGAIN!!!! UPDATE 12/14/16 I placed THREE phone calls to speak to Gerard Smith about my problem and he NEVER BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALLS!!!!! Gerard, YOU are the BIGGEST problem with CONKLIN CARS. Joel Correa went out of his way to help us but I wanted to tell the management about my issues however, they DON"T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT BAD CRAP!!! I still say stay clear of this dealership! It might be wise to steer clear of this dealership! More
