Jason and Matt were extremely invested in us as a couple - and not just people there to buy a car. They ask questions and truly tried to get to know us. The answers we gave were later used in an assertive manner and they were able to fit us with the car that was just right for us. There was ZERO pressure to buy anything we didn't ask for; nor did they try to up-sell us on features we did not ask for. Every person we encountered was respectful and courteous. The sweet lady at the entrance is adorable - and what a great touch!!! To have someone greet everyone that comes in! They were very patient with us as we worked with our personal banker. There was no pressure to utilize their financing services, but were very informative about what they could offer us. Allen was a good time too! Allen took notice that we were Harley lovers, and had fun conversation with us about riding Harley's. We laughed a lot and shared fun stories during our time with Jason and Matt. We stopped by the Conlkin service department and explained to Rodger Peck, Service Advisor our concern of continuing our travels. Rodger quickly and professionally conducted an analysis of our problems, understanding we still had a long ways to go on a road much of which was desolate. We are so very appreciative of the care and concern Rodger and the service department showed us! We were back on the road in no time at all.
