I stopped by while on vacation as I needed a front end alignment. Unfortunately, the power went out while I was there. As I had to travel back to Atlanta,I waited to get my car fixed and it ended up being alignment. Unfortunately, the power went out while I was there. As I had to travel back to Atlanta,I waited to get my car fixed and it ended up being all day. Jessica and the rest of the team were very gracious and checked on me every half hour or so, and they made what could have easily been a stressful wait a very pleasant situation. Great customer service & attention to details on car lease. My car delivery date was delayed because of supply issues. My rep, Cary, did a fine job of keeping me informed.
