This was complete BS so wy would not do. Overall, sales is unwilling to sell and service doesn't even understand subaru warrantied. Anyone considering going here, just make the dd because they were actually interested in selling us a car. Fast foward to a few days ago, our subaru broke down so we had in towed to conley. The enginerive to reeves in tampa. You will be much better off. More
Bought a Subaru Forester I found a forester on there website. Was emailed by Gary Cooper. I asked for some pricing information and they emailed it to me right away. There was one dealership that was about 175$ cheaper but it was about an hour and a half away and it took 4 or 5 emails to get a price. When I get to the dealership the vehicle was pulled up and they already had most of the paperwork done. My wife and I were in and out with our new Forester in less then an hour. BEST car buying experience I have ever had. More
Disappointing all the way around. The salesman was surly, indifferent, small-minded (i.e. bigoted), and arranged things at his convenience, not ours. His boss was equally off-putting and intimidatin surly, indifferent, small-minded (i.e. bigoted), and arranged things at his convenience, not ours. His boss was equally off-putting and intimidating. And the business manager talked a good line; it's too bad we didn't see through his rubbish until after the purchase. I blame myself for being much too trustful, for feeling time-pressured to buy the vehicle, and for not having traveled a little farther away and made the purchase from another dealership. As for the service: The new vehicle was sold to us in sub-standard condition, and it took the intervention of Subaru of America to try to set things right. What a bloody disappointing ordeal. If anything positive came of it, it's having gotten an eye-opening (and pricey) education. More
