Howard Brooks, Jr met us at the door (no pressure) & after explaining what we were looking for, he took us to view some models. After the test drive, deal talk, (again, no pressure) we decided this vehicle fit our every need and want. We picked up the vehicle next day and are very satisfied. Very pleasant car buying experience I had heard from a friend of mine who has a car dealership that the people at Conley were "GOOD PEOPLE'' and he was certainly right. This dealership is different from any I can remember, with a kind of family atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, starting with my salesman Christian McCain who really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and to explain all my options. He greatly facilitated the whole process and even made several follow-up calls to see how I was enjoying my new 2018 Forester (I really am) and whether I needed any more help. Also Bob was very helpful with my financial questions and Tom with showing me some of the new vehicle's "bells and whistles." All together a great experience!. More

Gary Staples is intimately familiar with the Subaru product line and had an answer for every question. He's patient and helpful and not one little bit pushy. Tom Redmond is the one with the hard job. He has to know and teach every customer the purpose and proper operation of nine hundred some odd bells and eight hundred some odd whistles. Tom does that job very well. Shortly there after I went up and met with one of the salesman, Gary Cooper, who was very friendly and helpful (without putting any pressure on me). I wasn't really certain whether I was going to buy a car that day or whether it was going to be from family but I felt very comfortable working with them and was provided with all of the information that I needed to make a good decision. It's only been a week since I got the car but I've had multiple positive contacts with the dealership relating to some modifications that I am making and I've really been quite impressed with their responsiveness and thoroughness.
