I enjoy being a part of the Subaru family. Somehow my information has been confused with a friend's information. We both have Subarus, a 2018 and a 2020. My friend was in the Service Department today and told me she was surprised how long she waited.to have the battery in her key fob replaced. She was disappointed that the service she received today was not what we have experienced in the past. I was in several weeks ago and very pleased with the service I received. It was after 4pm and a dashboard warning light came on. I drove in without an appointment and my car was checked over and all is well. Another example of how we are confused, I receive a birthday greeting on her birthday. Who can straighten this out? Angel said he could not. More
