One thing I was very upset is that your mechanics don't clean after their work they left dirty fingerprints around the map lights. I was charged for a tire repair that I had purchases an extended warranty on to cover those costs if any should occur. I got home took a picture of the warranty and sent it to a service tech and a lady cal extended warranty on to cover those costs if any should occur. I got home took a picture of the warranty and sent it to a service tech and a lady called me stating the manager approved reimbursement and a check would be mailed the middle of the next week. No check. I called about 2 1/2 weeks later on a Saturday and was told the manager was out but a note would be left and he would call me or my wife the following Monday. No call. 3 weeks later I call and I’m told a check will be cut next week. Let’s see how your follow up is this time. More
