This was the poorest service visit I have ever received anywhere. They didn't even check the air in 3 tires. Pretty much everything was handled incorrectly. The computer was not reset. They said I asked for the battery to be checked but what I asked for was to have my GPS system updated. I had to air my own tires up after leaving and return computer system back to normal. I am sorry Angel. The service Dept needs retraining on basics. More

The repair was good but when I followed up about trading my car in it was clear you did not want my business. It was like the tree in manger was too busy with the 0 people there or my crosstrek was not good my car in it was clear you did not want my business. Also you tried to sell me a battery that you stated did not pass the test however the paper wrk you gave me stated it passed. I also toolkit and had it checked the same day elsewhere and it passed. It was a scare tactic to get me to spend more. outside of that the people were great and timely with the appointment. More
