I apologize for not responding earlier, I do not have regular access to the internet while staying in the north the past 4 1/2 months. But I am available now. Since returning to Florida, I have unsuccessfully been able to reach Conley dealership to schedule an appointment to repair my still semi-functional Starlink and an oil change. The voicemail is repeatedly full and the phone rings unanswered at various times of the day. While up north, I tried calling the service shop to ask about the need for an oil change before I returned to Florida and finally had to resort to speaking with the receptionist. She told me that even if I exceed my first 6000 miles, she knew that it would not void my contract. I believed her which is why I am trying to get an appointment. I know that for the oil change, I can just show up but I don't want to spend all day at the dealership.
