This was the first time I used a Subaru dealer for repair. Thank you to Doug, in the body shop, who rushed to paint the part for my mirror, and installed it quickly, so I was actually able to beat the rush hour traffic, on my long drive home. I live a few hours away from Conley Subaru, but would never choose to go anywhere else to have my Subaru serviced, or a new accessory installed. Terrible service. Had an appointment for LOF and to reset the automatic rear gate. Took almost 5 hours. Zero communication. Didn't have the part to fix the rear gate.
