I had the best experience buying a car EVER when I visited Contemporary Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. I had done the Build and Buy through Consumer Reports - not really thinking that anything would come of visited Contemporary Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. David Ohlson responded to the online request and sent me an email right away; followed by a phone call (the clincher - it would have been easy to ignore the email!). We talked about what I had "built", what they had available (almost exactly what I was looking for), he answered some basic questions and determined a good time to test drive. So I still wasn't thinking I was ready to commit. I met David, the jeep was ready to go when I arrived. The test drive was fun, and David was kind, personable, let me ask questions, but was NEVER pushy or launched into a stereotypical cars salesman spiel. We chatted, someone drove the car I would be trading in. We chatted some more. We laughed and joked. We took a look at numbers and i bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I can honestly say, were it not for David and the staff at Contemporary - I would not have purchased the Jeep. David and staff at Contemporary were personable, amiable and just a pleasure to do business with. It was truly a pleasant experience and who ever says that about buying a car!! Thank you David! It wasn't a far drive and they were easy to find. Mark was extremely helpful and I never felt pushed to make a decision. He listened to what I wanted and steered me in the right direction. Next thing I knew I was in Dave's office crunching numbers. Dave explained everything to me in a thorough and easy to understand manner. Next thing I know I'm driving back to Manchester in my new 2012 Sahara getting the Jeep wave all the way home. I couldn't be happier with my Jeep and would definitely give the guys at Contemporary my business again! More

It's hard to believe I could fit 5 bikes, 4 kids, 3 bat bags and myself safetly in it, but thats exactly what I needed, without the huge gas bill! Car shopping can be quite a long process, especially with a 6 year old tagging along, but Bob got him some popcorn and some of the other staff gave him some little toys to play with, so he actually had a ball while we were filling out all of the paperwork! BOB! What a great guy... and patient! I swooped into the parking lot of Contemporary Chrysler last year to look at a used Jeep I had seen online - but wasn't ready to buy (I know, a car salesman's worst nig parking lot of Contemporary Chrysler last year to look at a used Jeep I had seen online - but wasn't ready to buy (I know, a car salesman's worst nightmare...). But when I met Bob, he was so fun, friendly and helpful - and after I left he kept in touch with a good deal on Jeeps via email - that when I finally found a car I liked online at another dealer I wanted to have Bob as my salesman, so I emailed the link to him. He actually found a better car at a better price for me right there on the lot in Milford - and voila! I bought a car from Contemporary from my friend Bob Jones!
