I would mention that at the end of a sale I think it that it is important that the sales person be there to go over the car and thank the person buying the vehicle in person. If that salesperson is not available, it should be set up that when the buyer returns someone is ready and available to thank them in person. The follow up conversations and emails have been great. I would further add the service department and the sales team went above and beyond to take care of us after some real problems with another dealership.
