Empathic Honest Employees I had a scheduled oil change appointment early in the day so I could pick up my daughter for kindergarten. From past experience I knew it may take awhile to have it performed. The mechanics are very thorough. It was getting close to the time I needed to leave and pick her up. I was getting nervous. The service writer Bill Tomasek was so kind, he figured out what was going on and got me out the door just in time to get her. Kevin had my car in a flash! I had to have an airbag sensor replaced a few years ago as well. Another Toyota dealership in the area had incorrectly entered my mileage. Bill helped me contact corporate to have it adjusted for further warranty concerns. This is the ONLY Toyota dealer I trust with my vehicle. Consistent quality of service!! More

She checked tire pressures and confirmed one tire was quite low. I asked if they could fix the tire and also do oil change. No problem. She came to me after a while and explained tire was punctured and because of the location could not be safely patched. I needed a new tire. She discussed cost and asked for my approval. She found a couple of discounts that could be applied which I appreciated. All service was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. Car was washed, too. Excellent recall work Brought the Prius in for recall work with a mid morning appointment. I asked Rich Memenga if an oil change could be done as well. He said sure and estimated time to complete the recall work and oil change as between 2.5 and 3 hours. The work was completed perfectly in just over two hours. Although our Prius is almost 5 years old we still bring it to Continental for work. More

My college son was driving in the Chicago area last night when his Solara alternator died and his car suddenly broke This dealership is AMAZING!!!!!! My college son was driving in the Chicago area last night when his Solara alternator died and his car suddenly broke down on a highway. I was worried sick but we are hours away and couldn't get to him. The tow truck took him to Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, Illinois after 7:00pm. Manager Joe Goodson kindly approved a late shuttle ride for him so he could make it up to his hotel conference up at O'Hare Marriott. The next day I received an early morning phone call from their wonderful Service Consultant Rich Memenga. This man took such good care of us! He not only explained every detail of the repairs needed and their cost, but he then generously got approval for one of their porters to drive the car back to my son's hotel conference location and drop it off so he would have it to drive home safely without having to worry about getting back to the dealership before they closed since he was unable to leave his meetings. I cannot say enough about the kind and considerate way Joe and Rich took care of my son and his car. I am so impressed with this level of customer service. Continental Toyota truly knows how to treat customers right and I'm a fan for life! Thank you Joe and Rich!!!!! You guys are awesome!! More

Continental’s Service Dept William was my Service Advisor. He has taken care of me during my past visits. I currently have 109,000 miles on my Camry. Unfortunately, this time I William was my Service Advisor. He has taken care of me during my past visits. I currently have 109,000 miles on my Camry. Unfortunately, this time I needed more service work than a tire rotation & oil change. I had to get front brakes and Toyota recommended a cooling system fluid exchange. I will need a tune up at 120,000 which William describes in detail along with what my cost would be at that time. I appreciated the heads up so that I can begin saving for those repairs. William is a professional who works with the customer and is sympathetic about the cost of repairs. Parts wear out and we all know that they only last so long. I appreciated his advice and concern. Additionally, he kept me informed about the progress as the work was being completed. I observed him treating all his clients with such respect. William is the type of employee I would want working for me. More
