Bill nailed it Pun intended! Bill found a nail in my tire after he graciously offered to put some air in them for me and provide an inspection. The light had come on Pun intended! Bill found a nail in my tire after he graciously offered to put some air in them for me and provide an inspection. The light had come on the day before, but I had assumed the pressure was low due to cold weather and I would just fill them up a bit no problem. I was so fortunate that Bill offered to inspect my car and found the nail! They had my tire in stock and he had a new one put on that day within the hour, free under my current warranty. Bill is attentive and a dedicated professional. I would highly recommend him if you want quality service and a kind person to work with. More

Oil Change Went in for my oil change and tire rotation I would give 10 stars for great service, Joe was my service tech who called me when my vehicle was ready f Went in for my oil change and tire rotation I would give 10 stars for great service, Joe was my service tech who called me when my vehicle was ready for pickup he informed me of air filters I declined went to pick up my vehicle his service was exceptionally well. on a side note I went through the glass doors there were 4 people behind that glass 3 of whom were on the phone or assisting someone the 1 young lady with dark hair and I believe to me Mexican with orange nail polish failed to acknowledge my presence she just stood their looking around like she was lost not once did she ask me if she could help me I was there for about 5 minutes and a guy came out and happed to look up and saw me and asked if I had been helped I told him no he then proceeded to look up my name he went and got Joe and he took care of my paperwork and walked me to the cashier. More

He also had me rest assured that my vehicle would be taken in a timely manner and that I would be in and out of the dealership! He made me feel appreciated and heard.. I was traveling with my 2 yo when i came into the dealership. My 2 yo was having a tantrum and Bill came by with a Teddy Bear for my 2 yo. It was such a pleasurable experience! Also, he didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs as most places do, being that I am a woman and don’t know much about cars. Bill is definitely an asset to Toyota!
