A very happy customer Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the ser Brought in my 2009 Avalon because of a loud grinding noise coming from the rear window sunscreen area whenever I put the car in reverse. Mark, the service writer quickly diagnosed the sunscreen motor was failing. To fix it costly and time consuming. Since I have seldom used the sunscreen Mark suggested we simply disable the feature. I agreed. With that he took the car into the shop returned a few minutes later, announced handled, have a nice day, no charge. Now if that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is. But this is what you expect from Continental...looking out for the best interests of the customer and then providing the solution. This is definitely a 5 star operation. More

Learned a valuable lesson! Bill welcomed me for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. I had never serviced my Venza there as I found the car online at another dealer three Bill welcomed me for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. I had never serviced my Venza there as I found the car online at another dealer three years back. Bill informed me that my Toyota was certified preowned, and that I still had 30k left on my warranty. I had assumed it had run out last year. We traced back the history of the car's maintenance before I bought it. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all I needed at this appointment was that oil change. I had bought another vehicle from Continental before, so I was very happy I could bring my non-Continental vehicle in with no hassle. Bill was fantastic taking care of me. I wish all my service visits could be as good as this one was. Thank you again! More
