While we were able to replace the front struts under warranty, we double-checked and unfortunately, the warranty does not cover tires. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else. It is more convoluted than written warranties. Sometimes compromise goes a long long way in retaining long time dedicated customers. Three Sieanna vans and one Tundra truck. If you sell tires and want to be that trusted tire store within your service department than you need to back your customers and contact the tire manufacturer to attempt to provide some type of compensation. Instead you told us to contact the tire manufacturer ourselves then only after 45 minutes on the phone we were told that you continental Toyota should have called them. They say all good things must come to an end to bad this one is an unhappy ending With a new Sienna in mind in the coming months it would be silly to shop at continental Toyota because it's not the sale it's the service after the sale. It's been a fight and a struggle to get things done at Continental Toyota. We got tired of fighting
