Sevice in collision dept Horrible communication skills. Received an estimate on my car damage & later it basically doubled for things they claimed out of their control. Then car was fixed & when they delivered my car to me there was visible damage that was not fixed. I was told estimator made a mistake so because of his mistake I have to pay more! Unacceptable! Not to mention they couldn't find my car in their files. They had it under someone else's name & address even my payment receipt has the wrong information on it. I asked for a call, never got a call back & was told he was gone for the day, they would ask him to call me back the next day. Next day came & I had to track him down because it was already past 2:30pm and still no call. Very dissatisfied, I wouldn't even give one star. More

Outstanding, FAST Customer Service I brought my vehicle to this dealership to have three recalls performed. Every time I called to find out information, set up an appointment or to ask I brought my vehicle to this dealership to have three recalls performed. Every time I called to find out information, set up an appointment or to ask a question I spoke with a live person and was never put on hold. I received a text message to remind me of my appointment and the gentleman who worked on my car called me and left a detailed message when he completed the work. A rental car was provided with one of the recalls and it was new, clean and took no extra time to pick up. When I picked up my car it had been washed and I was given a list of recommended services that my car needed with the costs. There was no pressure to have these done at this time and I appreciated that. Every person I came in contact with at this dealership was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about my experience... and this was only to have recalls performed at no charge! Well done Continental!! More

I’m sorry they I had a good service experience at Continental Toyota. There was obvious display and mention of the currently running service special. I’m sorry they had to discontinue car detailing. I like Rich, my service coordinator. My work was completed in a timely fashion. The assistants that check cars in were courteous. The waiting room is pleasant. A high profit margin service was recommended which I’ll consider or find a less expensive way to address. They’re in the business of selling service, after all. More

I've had all previous services done by them and it turns out that the Service Dept. had a record of the service history of the car. The car was taken at the proper time and only needed tire rotation, which was done quickly. The car was washed and I was on my way. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and just nice to deal with. More
