Best Car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Growing up family members who lived in Texas City always went no where else other than Cook Ford, I see why now… don’t mess around at other dealers , I shopped around over 10 other dealers and most fed me a line of B.S and constantly hassled me over emails and phone calls… Save your time and money and if you want a ford go straight to Cook Ford and no where else More

Great sales agent, very straight forward financing process and great manager. There was something missing on the vehicle that I bought but the manager was kind enough to call me back and fix the issue process and great manager. The only thing that was (and I am nitpicking here) not great was the speed of transaction. It took about 2 hours before we could leave the place.
