I have used this dealership before to get an auto inspection but this time I was told I had to go to a Toyota dealership because my check engine light was on. The dealership was excellent to work with. Many other dealers advertised an internet price, then upon further negotiations the price significantly increased with dealer ad on's. Stacy and the Cook Ford service department are great! I had a weird electrical problem in my F150 after having the TPMS reset. Not only could I not have fixed it (it involved reprogram a couple of modules), but they could have charged me for a lot more diagnostics and work -- but didn't! More

Bought my 2015 F150 in Feb 2016 at Cook Ford. Been happy with it ever since. I only have it serviced at Cook Ford. They always have the service completed in less time than I expect.
