Awesome experience We got to the lot around 6 PM and closing time was 6:30 PM and on top of that it was raining. We found the car and began the purchase procedures and everything was handled very professionally and with the ultimate patience. Tim completed our process and was very detailed in explaining everything for signatures. We left there very happy campers at about 8:30 PM. Even though it was 2 hours past time for them all to go home they managed to make my moms car buying experience awesome. Our salesman, Justin Wade, was not only incredibly knowledgeable, helpful friendly, and caring, he was also easy to develop a rapport with. When we decided on price (which was easy) Justin gave us a lengthy lesson on using the car’s electronics. In addition he offered to give a follow up lesson 3 days later. Justin introduced us to Tim Bentley to discuss financing. He too was so knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with (you must have to pass a “nice” test to work at Cooper!). Tracy also quickly resolved a discrepancy with my vehicle and did so at my convenience. When the wrong part was ordered he gave me a loaner and the new part at the lower price. Customer service has been really great. I genuinely like the employees here. They always smile and laugh with me. Tracy even drove all the way back to the service department after hours because I had forgotten my key. I would recommend this establishment to a friend. More
