I purchased my Chevy at Copeland Chevrolet, and from day one there were issues and headaches. The kind which, at any other dealership or a used car lot, would have been ignored by the mechanics and dealersh one there were issues and headaches. The salesman personally helped me through navigating an issue with my insurance company and walked me through acquiring a multi-year warranty, and when an unforeseen mechanical issue came up and the check engine light came on, I returned the car to the dealers for inspection, and it was handled in just two days rather than having to wait an entire week. I was even informed that a mechanic had personally run out to pick up a required part for my engine, this eliminating three additional days of waiting. My car runs fine, is in good hands whenever I bring it to the dealership, and have made me feel welcome as opposed to feeling like a nuisance. This is the real difference between simply buying a car and actual customer service. More
