Had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2017 Nissan Leaf through Nick Grille. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from an actual dealership and all of my preconceived notions about car dealers being through Nick Grille. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from an actual dealership and all of my preconceived notions about car dealers being seedy and manipulative were totally disproven. Nick was incredibly personable and friendly, and never once throughout the purchasing experience, did I feel like he was hiding anything or leaving out any pertinent information about the car. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Additionally, my experience with William in financing was also far more pleasant than anticipated. I’m not particularly savvy when it comes to understanding financial terms, and the terms and conditions associated with financing a car. William was incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. He answered all of my questions in a way that made perfect sense to me. He didn’t push any additional coverage/protection in a way that would have made me feel uncomfortable if I declined. All in all this was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went from test drive to driving it home off the lot in a matter of hours. 10/10! More

Work wasn't completed in a timely manor. I brought the car the night before. Assuming it would've been worked on first thing in the morning. Misled on information on vehicle needs. I recently took a Cape vacation and after driving 1. 5 hours from home to get the car, noticed my Suburban was in some serious trouble. I called Copeland Chevrolet and while they said they had no appoint 5 hours from home to get the car, noticed my Suburban was in some serious trouble. I called Copeland Chevrolet and while they said they had no appointments available in the near future told me to bring my car down anyway so they could scan it and help me figure out what was wrong. Upon arrival at Copeland, my car was leaking, beeping, overheating and I believe I was very close to not being able to make it there. It was scanned, but again they mentioned how busy and booked out they were. There was no way I could drive my car and I had no idea what to do. While trying to scramble and think of possibilities, Sarah Colby stepped in and told me she could fit my car in and that they could help. She asked how long I was staying at the Cape for and assured me my car would be ready before we needed to go back home. She quickly did up the paperwork and also provided me with a comparable loaner. She was kind, courteous and she, quite literally, saved our vacation! This all happened on a Friday and Sarah called me the next Tuesday to tell me my car was ready, and all has been well ever since! I am so grateful that Sarah was there that day and took it upon herself to help us when it was obvious she didn’t have to. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were still able to enjoy our vacation and that we did! Huge thanks to Copland Chevrolet and most especially Sarah...I will be forever grateful! More
