So I bring truck up in with working back up camera was in shop 4 days getting trailer brake module replaced . I get truck home and notice the camera now doesn’t work . I’m at dealership after another appointment to get back up camera working to be told they didn’t do it . Now it worked when I dropped off and when picked up it doesn’t . This place is horrible and will make sure you get bad reviews in future .

No just guy named Tom who told me it cost $600/$1000 and keep truck longer . How does it work when I brought it in then doesn’t work when I picked up . Why would it cost me $1000 for something that worked when I dropped off your guys worked on it

Your vehicle takes 2 gallons of coolant but it looks like the parts department charged out 1 gallon on the first line and the 2nd gallon on the 2nd line of your work order rather than a quantity of 2 the correct line. Sorry for the confusion but happy to see that they didn't overcharge you.
