We requested and were told we would be provided a hard copy, not an electronic version of the manual. We did not receive as promised a hard copy from your company. Instead, we independently ordered it resulting in an additional expense of $65 from Amazon. It’s unfortunate that despite spending over $45,000, your company did not see the value of satisfying our request for a paper/hard copy version of the manual especially considering your salesperson reference us to the manual as he was not able to address our questions. Considering the numerous vehicles we have purchased from your company this remains an unfortunate experience.
