Always professional. , friendly atmosphere. Service Entry Door was broken.. had to wait 15 min. until My vehicle was taken away for inspection sticker. Twenty minutes pa , friendly atmosphere. Service Entry Door was broken.. had to wait 15 min. until My vehicle was taken away for inspection sticker. Twenty minutes passed…spotted my truck being parked in front of showroom. Waited 10 more minutes…. went into service area…. cashed out. The service area didn’t know I was waiting in the lounge / showroom area. More

Was not a positive experience. Three trips to get fixed and never did get a full explanation of needed repair. Actually it was four trips as once I went back to get some questions Three trips to get fixed and never did get a full explanation of needed repair. Actually it was four trips as once I went back to get some questions answered and my agent wasn’t there so when she called it was to schedule the fix not to answer my questions. Frankly I may check around for a place with better customer relations and more transparency which I feel I am entitled to. More
