Despite booking an appointment, they did not have a part ordered that was needed. Instead, they tried a solution that I had already attempted at home—had I been asked, I would have told them this as well. I ordered that was needed. My experience was with the Service Department. A couple of the reps are polite and positive, but others seems to lack in understanding of how to greet and communicate with customers. When making my appointment, I was told it would only require me to wait an hour, Ms. H. Harris, when doing intake, realized that it would require a wait of several hours. My car had to have a complete break job. Not even 20000 miles on it. I had a noise from my last oil change but they said they didn’t hear it.
