Didn’t solve problems under warranty. Long wait time. No loaner car for any warranty issue I have encountered. Can’t sit and wait 2 hours for a diagnosis. Customer Service for service has gone 90% dow No loaner car for any warranty issue I have encountered. Can’t sit and wait 2 hours for a diagnosis. Customer Service for service has gone 90% downhill. I was treated well, and the car was taken care of on time. I am happy with the experience at Copeland, since it has changed hands several times. So far, so good. time. I am happy with the experience at Copeland, since it has changed hands several times. So far, so good. More
Don, the parts manager was horrible to deal with. He avoided my calls for a few days so I went in to the dealership to ask him directly. I stood at the parts window for almost an hour and he never had avoided my calls for a few days so I went in to the dealership to ask him directly. I stood at the parts window for almost an hour and he never had the courtesy to come talk to me. Dave the Manet of service then told me the mirror, which I had paid for in full prior to it being ordered had been painted and they would put it on my car. When I took a look at the paint job on the mirror imI saw it was a terrible hob and they didn’t even paint it correctly leaving a large part of the mirror unpainted. I showed Dave , who was helpful and told me to take it to John’s body shop and he’d pay for it to be painted correctly. That was before Memorial Day. Unfortunately John’s couldn’t get me in to do the job until June 29. They did a great job but I had to leave the car for 3 days, leaving me with mouth my transportation. I had asked to be contacted by the owner, Bryan Scarpellini but have not been contacted by him or anyone else about this horrible customer experience with Don in parts! I can’t emphasize how poorly this reflects upon this dealership a d would appreciate someone personally contacting me to discuss my experience. More
Friendly and pleasant staff. Speed of service was slow, however our 2019 was towed in and everyone seems to be experiencing parts shortages and staff. Updates on car status was virtually non existent. Qu however our 2019 was towed in and everyone seems to be experiencing parts shortages and staff. Updates on car status was virtually non existent. Quality of vehicle going in is on Chevy. The breakdown coming out of service is on the dealership. The combined result = unreliable brand! Got rid of car next day. More
