Hi Bryan, Thanks for your response online. I think you missed my point. I understand the shortages and delays - not giving us a status or keeping us informed is an issue. More importantly the car was not repaired properly the 1st time - it died on route 6 after the initial repair. We got it back in the shop but you couldn’t find an issue. We just got an on star notification that the battery is now critically low. Clearly something is wrong. As I mentioned in my review, we sold the car the next day. It cost us $600+ for a worthless repair, and we lost about $3000 in equipment to flat tow the car. What a waste of our time and money.
