After a terrible experience with a local auto shop—despite their over 1,000 4.9-star reviews on Google—I and Michelle, for their outstanding service. After a terrible experience with a local auto shop—despite their over 1,000 4.9-star reviews on Google—I hesitated to trust anyone with my car. The previous mechanic failed to tighten the oil cap properly, causing oil to spray all over the engine bay. I discovered this mistake less than 30 miles into driving, just 2 days after the service, which I had gotten right before Christmas. While I respect the hard work of labor service professionals, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. As someone who drives weekly, I understand how dangerous such an oversight could have been. Thankfully, the team at Copeland Subaru Hyannis restored my confidence with their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
