I purchased a used truck from them, didn’t have the truck more than a week, & had the front axel come apart while driving, luckily no accident was caused. But it happened because their certified mechanics in more than a week, & had the front axel come apart while driving, luckily no accident was caused. But it happened because their certified mechanics installed the wrong parts. Which caused 5k dollars worth of damage, & possibly more if the differential is now screwed up. Instead of standing behind their work, & repairing the damage, they want to replace the wrong parts they originally installed, leaving the rest for me to cover an be stuck dealing with. I had possession of the truck for 6 days, they have now had it back at their shop for 6 days, & have fixed absolutely nothing. I’ve just been without a vehicle this whole time, never once offered a loaner, or anything, not to mention, I requested upper level managers to call me from the get go, & at this point, they still haven’t. The lack of professionalism, care for their customers, & skill of their mechanics, is absolutely non existent, and ridiculous. This is by far the worst encounter with a dealership in my life, & still have no resolution to this whole ordeal. More
