Cindy, we did not have noted that a concern was low washer fluid, just that the back washer wasn't spraying. The service manager went over the rear wiper operation with you in the service drive and it was operating as designed so no further action was taken on this visit. We will take note of your comment to work towards a higher satisfaction in the future. Thank you!

I guess I just assumed it would have been filled as a courtesy, beings that you are a Mercedes dealership . I also did not receive my printout for the alignment that was done .
