Service Shop needs improvement! We took our 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for service twice and they didnt rotate the tires (both times) and we had to wait over 2 hours for a basic oil+filte We took our 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for service twice and they didnt rotate the tires (both times) and we had to wait over 2 hours for a basic oil+filter change, without anyone communicating to us, how much longer it would be until I had to ask multiple times for a status. The service rep Chris said that they washed the truck (when I took it in for a 3rd time) but it wasnt washed because it was still dirty when I picked it up. The only thing they did was put tire gloss on the tires and washed the windows with a dirty rag. The car service, after your purchase the vehicle, isn't that good from my experience, this past year, and needs a huge improvement on how they do service with their customers vehicles. More

Worst experience ever! We took our Lincoln LS to get a tune up, transmission fluid flush, and oil change...simple enough, right? Nope. The blew our head gasket, and complete We took our Lincoln LS to get a tune up, transmission fluid flush, and oil change...simple enough, right? Nope. The blew our head gasket, and completely destroyed the engine all together. AND THEN THEY EXPECT US TO PAY FOR THEIR FAULTY WORK! They refused to give our car back since we REFUSED to pay for their crappy service. Not only that, but they threatened to call the police on us, because we were getting upset about the whole thing. They DO NOT CARE about their customers. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF, and ruin people's vehicle and don't want to take responsibility for their work. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. More
