They called me and asked me to bring my car for an oil change since their record says my vehicle is due for Worst service I have ever experienced. They called me and asked me to bring my car for an oil change since their record says my vehicle is due for an oil change. I requested for 11:15AM appointment next day and it was available. When I took my car their I was helped by a karen named Sulma Pineda. If you see her, you will know who I am talking about. No introduction needed. Without saying hi/hello she asked me why I am here. When she heard I am here for my oil change appointment she tried to sell additional service, when I declined, she told me to wait 4 hours for my oil change. WHen I told her I made and appointment and And I can wait an hour or two she told me "if you cant wait, you can take your car, it's parked outside". She wasn't even sorry for anything. Looks like this Nissan just hire anyone from the street. Do not go there unless you wanna wait 4 hours for an oil change and meet horrible people. More

I bought a 2022 Nissan murano and was running very smoothly until I went fir a oil change and tire rotation.
