I won't be returning for service at this location. Service dept is extremely understaffed which translates into poor customer service. I went in for an oil change/rotation and mentioned another Service dept is extremely understaffed which translates into poor customer service. Got the run around and excuse of having to leave my vehicle for the entire day...and then told it would be best to take my vehicle to another dealership closer to my home because the car is still under warranty. Turns out it was just the battery in my remote. More
