Everyone was friendly. I purchased the 7 year protection program $1,000.00 Ian in finance said Nick will put that in our car. And Nick said Nick was going to give it to us. I purchased the 7 year protection program $1,000.00 Ian in finance said Nick will put that in our car. And Nick said Nick was going to give it to us. We live in Montana and got home no kit. I called Saturday,Monday and Wednesday before they talked to us and said they mail it to us. That i felt was not very good customer service. The 2 receptionist asked why i was calling. Anyway, other than tire pressure showed up when got on the highway after the service department had service it and the light is out on the console with park drive . So i have to take that in. Marcus was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had already done a fair amount of research online so I knew what car I wanted but Marcus further explained all of the extras available to purchase I had already done a fair amount of research online so I knew what car I wanted but Marcus further explained all of the extras available to purchase while on a test drive. Ian was amazing at having all of the paperwork quickly and worked on getting me the lowest possible interest rate with a lender. He explained the importance of gap insurance so I made sure to get it so my new car is protected. The dealership is so nice, everyone is friendly and feels like family! More
