Cortes Nissan is the biggest joke of a dealership we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve had some pretty bad experiences, but the way Cortes has handled this transaction is incredibly bad. We bought a used vehicle here on 6/29, could not pick it up until 7/8 with half the issues needing repairs still not fixed. We were in such a hurry picking up the vehicle, we didn’t have time to do an in depth inspection. Of course you shouldn’t have to when you’re told it’s been detailed multiple times. Upon bringing it home, we found so many parts of the car to be dirty and clearly not detailed at all. One of the repairs that went unfinished by the shop, meant we had to get tires replaced the day after we picked up this vehicle. The mechanic we trust recommended doing an inspection, then informed us the shocks were completely shot, costing us over $5K. We were obviously completely lied to and are now being ghosted by this dealership. Their shop is a joke, customer service is fake and management refuses to call us. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else but Cortes. More

Never ever would I recommend this dealer to anyone. Went there, purchased my car. Told them what I could pay, not once did it seem they listen. I got one friend to purchase a vehicle. They gave me $100 bonus AND my rep said he would personally give me $100. Never got my $100 from him. A deal was a deal. Although I sent a report to dealer they didn’t care or did anything. Why would they, they already got me with my high payments. Mark, the liar rep that helped me, kept giving me excuses that he had hospital bills to pay and that he would pay me next week and then next week. When I purchased my car my son had just been in hospital with flu, should I have told them to lower my payments cause I had hospital bills to pay?? TF they would’ve cared. More
