Asked for a discount, they then said someone else was driving the vehicle so no discount. We were in process of purchasing the vehicle. Very bad business practice to come grab the keys off desk and have driving the vehicle so no discount. We were in process of purchasing the vehicle. The dealership automatically adds etch to there used vehicles. It cost 699.00. This is non negotiable when working out a price. Its added on to insure they make some money on the deal. It's lame.
