Car salesman lied to make a sale Long story short, I traded in a car for a newer one which the car salesman told me had navigation in it. I didn't bother to check because my car was s Long story short, I traded in a car for a newer one which the car salesman told me had navigation in it. I didn't bother to check because my car was so similar to it, I assumed that it did. After making the purchase and getting ready to leave, I noticed that it didn't have nav and I notified the salesman. He said "I could've sworn it had nav in it", and then went on to say "Just hook up your Bluetooth and use the map on your phone". If I wanted to use my phone for a map, I would've done just that. After speaking to him on the phone later, he said it'"" be $495 if it can be upgraded to have nav. If I would've known that, I wouldn't of had purchased the vehicle. It was his mistake and I feel as though he should've fixed it. I regret even going to this place, not to mention it was a 2 hour ride. More
